  The entire experience with the Staff and Management of Pacific Windows and Doors was Perfect! From the initial sales call, with Steve, to the measurements done by Blair, one of the owners, we felt we were in good hands! We received a lot of very helpful information about windows for our specific property and situation and felt like we were able to make the right choice for us. Our experience with Tim and Matt the window installers was stellar! They called let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they took the time to answer any questions that we had and Tim checked with us often to make sure we were completely happy with the process and final install and product. Both Tim and Matt were kind and thoughtful with our property and were very respectful at all times. They did a really nice job of cleaning up the install sites before they left and checked with us again before they left to make sure that we were happy with everything. We would happily recommend them to our friends and neighbors, and expect to use them again in the not too distant future for other windows and doors on our property.

  We ordered 2 outer doors, and one fire rated door. They have made a huge difference to the look of our home. All staff members were very helpful advising us on which doors to choose, and the installers were very professional and friendly.

  The installers for this company arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, did a great job cleaning up and answered all questions when replacing 3 sets of patio door. They are highly recommended by me.
